Ⅰ.Theory on Structure of Cycloidal-pin Gear Speed Reducer
All driving equipments of the cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer can be classified into three parts, namely input, speed-reducing and output parts. On input shaft, a double eccentric sleeve with malposition of 180° is installed and two called tumbler roller bearings are installed on the eccentric sleeve at the same time, forming H framework. Then the central hole of two cycloidal gears becomes rollaway nest of rocking arm bearing on eccentric sleeve and meshes with a group of pin-teeth with ring shooting on cycloidal gear and lantern gear to constitutes internal gearing speed-reducing framework with tooth-difference of one (in order to reduce friction, wheel roller is accompanied on pin-tooth within speed reducer with little speed ratio).
When input shaft together with eccentric sleeve having run a round, due to the characteristic of tooth profile curve on cycloidal gear and that it is limited by the pin-tooth on lantern gear, movement of cycloidal gear not only has revolution but also plane motion of rotation. And when input shaft co-rotating a round, eccentric sleeve also turns a round, cycloidal gear rotates across one tooth rightabout to achieve speed-reducing and then makes the low-speed rotation of cycloidal gear pass pin shaft further drawing support from W output mechanism to output shaft, achieving lower output rotation rate accordingly. |

Ⅱ.Characteristics
〇 High speed ratio and efficiency
Just single-stage driving can make reduction ratio reach up to 1: 87 and efficiency go beyond 90%. If adopting multiple-stage driving, reduction ratio will be larger.

Owing to adoption of planetary driving principle, input shaft and output shaft are on the same center line, which makes the model achieve as small dimension as possible.

More cycloidal-pin gear engagement number, large overlap coefficient and possession of work piece balancing mechanism make vibration and noise restricted into least extent.

Because main parts adopt high-carbon chromium steel material which can get high strength through quenching treatment (HRC58~62) and partial driving touch adopts rolling friction, it is durable and long in service life.
